Applebloom was stumped. She had no idea what she should try next to get her Cutie Mark, and she had tried EVERYTHING. From Hang-gliding, Scuba Diving, Spelunking and other various activities, she just couldn't figure out her special talent.
She decided to head down to Sugarcube Corner for a Sweet Treat to bite on while she was considering what she could do. When she reached the place, Mrs. Cake smiled and greeted Applebloom. But Applebloom seemed very dispassionate.
"What's wrong, Applebloom? Did those mean girls call you names again?" Mrs. Cake asked.
"Nah, I'm just trying to get my Cutie Mark. It seems everyone's getting theirs, but not me!" Applebloom complained. "it just ain't fair..."
"Oh, don't feel bad. You know, I didn't get my Cutie Mark until I was in High School. Oh, I looked so ridiculous.. but I stayed positive! I knew I would get it someday, and when I joined the Cooking Club, I knew I was made to cook." Mrs. Cake smiled.
"I dunno..." Applebloom sighed, still not feeling any better.
"Oh, I can't bear to see you so sad... Here, have a Baker's dozen. On the house." Mrs. Cake smiled, handing Applebloom a big box of Cupcakes.
