The Ethical Considerations of Human Testing

"Deeeexter," the monstrous Deedee snarled, looming over her younger sibling. "I'm still... so... hungry!"

"Ooooh, well, I'm sure we can do something about that, hehe," the boy genius offered quickly, nervously, not entirely certain he wasn't about to be on the menu. He was already plotting an escape route through the lab, but...

"I want... more of that potion," Deedee hissed. "I need it, and I know you can make more...."

"Well, I could," Dexter allowed, momentarily relieved that she wasn't planning on devouring him on the spot. "But I don't know if that's such a good idea, Deedee. You've already mutated well beyond anything that I-"

"I know!" the monster interrupted with manic glee. "Isn't it so cool? I want to keep it up!"

Dexter hesitated, realizing immediately that whatever was changing Deedee's body was also warping what passed for her mind. This was no doubt a dangerous path she wanted to head on.

On the other hand... this level of mutation was unprecedented. He couldn't figure out why she was changing and growing so much larger than she already had, and the scientific method demanded further experimentation.

Sure, it could go horribly out of control, but that was nothing new. Considering his options, Dexter said,

You have the following choices:

*Pen*
1. "No, I think we should try to change you back."

2. "All right! Have some more potion, Deedee."

*Pen* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
