Feeling Nosy

... Rebecca began to feel an itch in her nose. So, being just 7 years old, she didn't know any better than to stuff her finger in her nose to scratch it. Unfortunately, she chose the finger that Laura was on.
Speaking of which, the dust-sized teen had only barely gathered herself before this flesh-colored spire she clutched onto began to violently shake and shot upwards like a rocket. Laura held on even tighter and looked up to see a colossal face she thought she recognized... "Rebecca?" she wondered aloud. Before she could finish that though, the whole world went black.
... but the microscopic teen was still conscious. This was Rebecca's little finger going up her nose. An unseen force smothered her into the wall and rubbed up and down, but by some miracle she was not seriously hurt. But the tower that had left her here promptly disappeared, leaving some light shining from the bottom of this cave. The tiny had been stuck to the wall by some familiar and sticky residue that fastened her there tightly, and she could see some boulders larger than houses all around her. Suddenly, it all began to make sense. She had been on Rebecca's finger, which she used to pick her nose! The thought of being just inside your sister's nostril was disgusting, but at least she had one of her family members secretly looking after her. Comfortable and exhausted, she began to fall asleep. Little did she know, that something very fortunate would happen when she woke up...
