Serenity left the doctors and retrieved Tristan at the hospital reception.
- "So how was it ? Everything is okay ?", Tristan asked as she came to him.
Serenity looked a bit strange, like elsewhere, she obviously had her mind on other things.
Other things related to what the Dr. Sarah Ring said to her, to this breast surgery thing...
It was something completely unknown for her, so part of herself still was in doubt, maybe she could used some other people opinions... Tristan's opinion ?
She looked up at him, saying nothing.
- "So... ? Your eyes...is it ok ?...", he asked again. Serenity's silence made him wonder.
No, she decided she wouldn't tell him about it. She was afraid he couldn't understand it.
The young girl knew Tristan liked full-grown women... like nearly every boy she knew... Breast surgery would surely put her close to that ideal for him. "And what if he doesn't agree with this operation ?", she thought, "What if he got scared of it ?".
His opinion would be greatly appreciate obviously, though.
So she thought of having it indirectly.
- "Yes, everything is ok ! In fact, I've only another last appointment in few months and everything is over !", Serenity finally answered him.
- "That's great news, Serenity !", he said with a large joyful enthusiasm.
Serenity giggled.
The 2 left the hospital and approached Tristan's motorcycle.
- "Tell me Tristan, do you think girls with big breasts are better ?", she asked him quite innocently.
- "Uh, what ? Uh I don't know. Well, big breasts are probably better...", he blushed, embarrassed, he was startled by the sudden question out from nowhere, and didn't know what to answer.
- "But, wait, it's not pervert. Normal sizes breast are fine. I, uh, like normal size and a probably...bigger size... a little bigger size breasts, yes, maybe, yes...and average size, you know, I guess...", Tristan checked furtively Serenity's chest, and recalled how small they were.
- "And, not only normal breasts, your breasts are fine too !", he continued without thinking twice. Realizing only after the gaff he just made.
Serenity was a little hurt by what Tristan did just implied. "So he think my breasts aren't normal ?..." thought the poor girl.
But she wasn't surprised. She actually had already a guess that she didn't meet Tristan's expectation in matter of breasts and that he would preferred some other girl's bigger jugs, maybe like those of Mai ... or Téa.
Thus, even though she had already clue of the truth of Tristan's opinion about her boobs, it kinda hurt her, making her feel like she wasn't that much of a woman... At least now, she knew for sure his point of view.
A point of view that convinced her that a breast surgery couldn't be a bad thing...
- "Oh, wait, no, nononono ! That's not what I wanted to say...uh...", Tristan tried to say, even more embarrassed now.
- "It's okay, Tristan ... Don't worry. I know my breasts aren't as big as Téa's...or Mai's...or ...a lot of women...", Serenity said, with a poker face.
Tristan didn't know at all what to say...
- "Let's move on. It's getting late. I've some works to do. Do you want me to drive you home ?", he asked her as they got in the motorcycle.
- "Yes, please." said Serenity, again, elsewhere, her mind lost on other thought...

That night, Serenity spent many hours browsing Internet searching records of women that had went through breast surgery and collecting information in order to reassure herself and definitively convince herself she should go through it too.
She read many account of women, none of them were negative and all claimed it changed their life for the better.
She didn't read any bad report of complication, accident or disease post-operation, and all of these women's record told how growing her breasts made them way more confident and way more attractive to their lover and other males, overall.
She saw many "before-after" photos of women breasts, some going from average to big size, some going from big size to even bigger size... and some going from nowhere to big size.
And especially, she saw some breasts from petite women, breasts barely existent, A cup breasts, like hers, going from their tiny shape...to insanely enormous G cup size... or above.
Women with a little frame, just like her, having amazingly big round bazooms.
Serenity stopped longer to watch these photos.
She felt like her room was getting warmer, and her heart beating a little faster.
The size of these fake breasts, their shape and their appearance on these petite women, petite like herself. Big, huge, enormous jugs on women like herself. The idea of these incredibly huge, giant, juicy fake jugs on herself...
She was getting aroused by the image.
Unconsciously, her left hand was going slowly inside her pajama bottom, through it, and lower in direction of something between her thighs...
Then, she suddenly recovered herself quickly removing her hand from down there, realizing all was getting her very aroused.
She looked at her clock, 1:12 a.m.
"Damn, time to sleep...", she thought, and, disturbed by her arousal from seeing big fake breasts on the Internet, she managed to get to sleep...
That night, Serenity had some unexpected wild dreams ....
