What's the point of licking her feet, if it's not even going to wake her up?! This frustrated, grim form of realisation causes you to let out a small whine, while you try leaning back once more, in vain, to reduce the proximity of your face to her rank, unwashed feet.
Ruling out trying to wake her up in any other way - this would surely piss her off and give her further ammunition against you - you accept that you're in it for the long haul! Helplessly forced to smell Erica's feet! As the musty, heady scent cascades across your nostrils, after you try tilting your head to the side, you decide to stay as still as possible: this way, the horrible aroma may start to subside...
But it doesn't! After what feels like hours later, your eyes are leaking and your breath is raspier than ever. Torture does not even do this justice! Why, why can't she just wake up?!
"Stan, what are you doing?" The familiar voice of your sister rings across the room and makes you sigh inwardly, but relax slightly at the same time - at least the foot smelling-session with your cousin can stop...
Erica stirs and mutters something incoherent, then stretches her feet forward, not even slightly bothered that her stinky soles squash into and slide around your unfortunate face.
"Oh, I must have nodded off for a sec. Stan - were you still licking?" She asks you, her eyes suddenly narrowing as she looks at you. "Why isn't your tongue out?"
"Hmmmf...I..mmmffff!" You struggle to sound even remotely coherent with your cousin's dirty feet dominating you.
"Oh I can answer that one," Amy says with relish. "When I walked in, he was smelling your feet but he wasn't licking your feet..."
"What?! Stan - what did we agree?" Your cousin's voice is both dangerous and ominous.
Still you're unable to articulate yourself so you resort to making squealing sounds, while Erica clamps her feet more tightly over your trembling mouth and nose.
"Don't tell me he didn't lick your feet properly! Stan - there's no way to treat two more of your potential girlfriends!! Next you'll be telling us you want to break up with these two!" Your sister says with faux-concern while wiggling her bare feet. She clearly enjoys the fact that you have given them something to berate you with!
Erica goes silent, pushing even harder with her feet than before. You realise that you should have kept licking her rancid-tasting soles; if you had then your sister would have witnessed this and Erica would have no reason to be pissed with you! Also, you sense that escaping the foot-licking task she set you has embarrassed her in front of Amy. You remember before that she had threatened to tell Amy what you had said (sarcasm did not seem to apply!) about loving her feet being on your face, with the implication that you preferred them to your sister's. For sure, Amy would happily use that as a reason to torture you like never before! You desperately hope that Erica refrains from revealing your rash, foolish words!!
Your cousin clears her throat before finally speaking...
