"Not that is my cousin," Dudley answered giving the girl another once over for he knew that no one in this neighborhood would ask for Harry due to the lies he and his family had spread about Harry over the years. "Ah yes there it was," he thought to himself as he actually senses her magic. Everything at the Dursley's home had changed this last summer when someone had sent Harry something by the mail and not by one of those bloody birds. Before Harry had even had a chance to even see it Dudley, who had been the only one home, ripped open the package revealing a book about potions and some strange items in bottles.. As potion making required very little magic even Normal folks like him could do it Dudley had looked through the book. He had smiled as he found on potion that sounded interesting as it transferred one person's magic to another. The potion had actually been book marked he saw as he noticed the edge of the page had been bent downward making it easy to find. As Dudley had read the potion he had noticed that every item to make it had also been in the package. Seeing a way to get rid of his cousin's freakishness once and for all Dudley and gone to his old second bed room and found the cauldron in Harry's trunk.
Though he was no great cook Dudley was able to follow the directions of the potion creation so that a hour latter he had a glass of the clear potion that had not taste or smell and could be mistaken for water. Dudley had waited for Harry to come home before he switched the water his aunt had left for his cousin with the potion which as he had followed the book's instructions so well meant that as soon as Harry drank the potion all his magic would be transferred to Dudley himself. When the even actually happened as the magic left him Harry had collapsed in pain but was told to quite being so dramatic from Dudley's mother. Dudley for his part had never felt so powerful as while the potion transferred the magic to him it did not transfer the several blocks that people had placed on Harry's magic weakening it so Dudley received all of Harry's magic which was as powerful as Merlin if not more so. And due to the fact that he had not records in the Ministry of Magic there was not trace attached to him at all. As he felt Harry's magic wash over him Dudley performed some wandless magic making his parents being unable to tell the difference to any changes he made with his magic. Dudley than cast a couple of spells on Harry himself.
As Hermione followed Dudley into Harry's home she looked on in shock to find her boyfriend dressed as a fetish version of.....
