The playpen toys came back with a funnel and some tiny grappling hooks. They threw their grappling hooks over Sarah and held her down prone, face down. A teddy bear pulled down Sarah's diaper and put the funnel in her butt.
"Wha... What are you doing to me?" Sarah said through her tears.
"It's a special kind of enema!" The teddy bear said.
A stuffed unicorn came I with a strange carton of a liquid. The unicorn opened it up and began pouring it down the funnel into Sarah's butt. It burned her insides.
"What are... are you putting.. putting into me?" Sarah cried. That was when she caught a whiff of the scent. The teddy bear turned to her.
"Orange juice! Orange juice up the butt!" He laughed.
All the toys and Sarah's mom and Mrs. Alice and May all laughed as Sarah's little butt was filled with orange juice.
They emptied the entire carton into her butt and loosened the grappling hooks holding her down. Sarah's mom flipped the naked girl over and held her upside-down. In an instant orange juice and liquid shit erupted out of her butt like a geyser and splashed all over her tummy and legs. Sarah screamed and cried and her insides were still burning. The entire lower half of her body was covered in orange juice and shit.
Suddenly, Sarah awakened from her horrible nightmare. It was morning. Mom had returned and the babysitters had gone home. Sarah had a nasty case of diaper rash.
"Oh, my little loser is awake! Let's get you changed." Mom said.
Mom picked up Sarah and lugged the little girl into the bathroom. She untapped the diaper, and to her amusement, there was a little bit of orange juice in there with the pee and poop.
"Wha...? I thought it was a dream?" Sarah said.
Mom smiled and cackled, but said nothing.
Mom went into the cupboard and took out some ointment to rub on Sarah's rash. The little girl was being punished, but Mom still loved her daughter enough to tend to her rashes.
