You open the door and find Sam "eating"...

You tell your new "friends" that you had come here to find Sam but thank you for showing me where Sam is and taking me to him, the ginger girl nods and quietly walks away with her two other friends and right before they leave the room, she turns around and tells you that if you change your mind then she can come back and get you, she then holds up a piece of paper with her cell phone on it and lays it down on a desk right beside the door .

You thank her again and say goodbye.

As your new friends leave the room you inch closer to the door and try to listen for any sounds, you hear some muffled noises but there was no way to tell what they were saying, you place your hand on the doorknob and quietly twist the knob and just crack the door open, just enough to peer into the room ............ what you saw in the room startled you, you saw ...........
