Solid Pace

After casting the spell, Flowey felt a strong yet strange feeling rise within him. As he looked around, he could observe the room itself becoming quickly smaller. And, the spellbook conveniently grows as well to adjust to his size. After just a couple minutes, Flowey's head (or whatever the appropriate term is for a plant) bursts through the roof of the library. It appears to be situated in the Ruins, which he already suspected from it's apparent age. However, it could well be somewhere else that resembled the Ruins. Regardless, the growth soon stopped afterwards and now he was left to decide what to do next.
