Another idea

How about, after the Pein destruction of the Hidden Leaf and during his fight with Pain. Naruto is throwen into a hidden Uzumaki Clan vault in the ruins of Konoha. There he finds a Kinjutsu that will not only reverse time but rewrite history as well.

Not having much time ( Pain is approaching), Naruto used the Kinjutsu. Since he didn't have enough time, he was sent back to the day he graduated. He also made it so several Kinoichis are now secretly in love with him and a few males are now females.
