A security guard, surprised to see them there

The door swung open and Summer found herself staring into the beam of a flashlight. A security guard, a black young adult with a moustache, with the cap and everything. He seemed as surprised to find anyone here as they were.

"How did you kids get in here, don't you know this place is restricted?
...And why is that girl getting naked?"

Summer turned around and saw Mouse throwing off her clothes, rolling on the ground and scratching herself everyhwere she could reach while laughing herself hoarse.

"Ah...She's having a seizure of sorts, in fact I think we should take her to the hospital right now"
She grabbed her sister, happy that she gave her a good excuse to leave and dragged her away from this place and the confused guard while she whispered in her ear:
"You, quiet down or -I- am going to tickle you."
To prove her words she squeezed in Mouse's sensitive place, but that seemed to actually help the poor small girl
"YESS YESS Summer, do it more until it goes away"
Oh jeesus tapdancing christ" Summer rolled her eyes, and started to scratch and squeeze her sister's upper body everywhere, for about twenty minutes until she calmed down at last.

"What was all THAT about" Summer asked.

"I don't know!" Mouse complained. "I was just looking at some bottles and poured a bit out...Look, I brought it with me"
She presented a bottle of liquid which on closer inspection as Summer held it closer to a street light had a label on it that read
"Dr Giggle's ticklish lotion for unruly patients"
So this was a lotion to make people ticklish...no, tickled.

Summer was suddenly captivated thinking about all the stuff they could do with this stuff.
