"They look to small on your body." Kate said and went away.
Mike looked at his chest and thought they were more than big enough.
After a few minutes his mother came back holding two bags in her hands. As she was beside her son she opened them. "I thought I would use them some day on Mary or when on myself when my breasts would begin to sag." She took a jelly-like thing out of the bag. It was formed like a breast and had the same size as the ones Mike had resting on his chest. "But who would have thought I would use implants on my own breasts on my son's chest? Isn't that crazy?" She lifted her right breast up and put the implant on Mike's chest. It had nearly the same size and shape as the real on. Kate took a scalpel and cut her former breast open on the inside. As she was finished the former flat side of her cut-off breast was hollow. She placed the breast on the implant. "That looks good." Kate said looking at the big and round breast she created. "Now the second." She did the same with her second breast.
"Oh my god, Mike!" Kate said looking at her son's chest after she finished the preparation of the second breast. "Your breasts look absolutely perfect. I can't believe my normal-sized breasts could look so big and round with just some implants."
"Believe me, mom. I didn't believe it either." Mike said looking down on his mothers improved breasts. They looked huge and clearly augmented. "Could you now please get them off my chest?"
"But they look so good on you, Mike." Kate said as she stepped beside him, took his hand and brought it to something long and hard that was warm and pulsating. "And your little friend thinks the same." Mike realized his hand touched his former penis, which now stood erect on his mothers genitals. And as he still was paralyzed he had no chance of getting it off his hand. Kate moved his hand a little up and down to stroke her new member a little before she had teased her son enough. "Enough teasing." She put her sons hand back on the table and started her machines again. "Now lets turn my genital-less son into a busty boy."
Mike saw the surgical laser, that cut of his mothers breasts, burn on the joint between his own chest and his mothers breasts. He didn't feel a thing, but the laser must be hot enough to melt the two skins together, but to his surprise it didn't leave any sign of a suture. Mike's own skin and his mothers perfectly blended in with no sign of them ever being on different bodies.
"Stage 3, giving my son my breasts and augment them with implants, successful." Kate said looking at her son now growing a huge pair of breasts. "And congratulations, Mike. You now have the biggest breasts the family has ever seen."
