She continues to swallow

You squeal in terror as the tongue bounces you up and down, edging you closer towards the hungry looking, pulsing esophagus. You continue to protest but it does no good as the dragoness happily hums a song to herself as if to further taunt you as she bounces you up and down like a trampoline, every tasty bounce bringing you closer to your fate.

Soon enough her tongue bounces you up and you see yourself headed right towards the pulsing throat and you land a perfect ten… straight into her throat. The dragoness gulps as you squeal out, “Mommy!” As you jiggle your way down her bulging, scaly esophagus and eventually get squeezed out into her sauna-like belly. She dragoness pats her now fat, kid-filled belly and lets out a nasty belch, “Excuse me. Forgot kids gave me gas.” What does the dragoness have in store for you now?
