Mr Ratburn sent him there for getting bad grades

Arthur had been getting really bad grades lately. To convince him to study harder, Mr Ratburn had sent him to your facility until his grades improved.

Arthur hated it here. Being tickled everyday was the worst punishment he could think of, so he tried hard to get good grades so he could get out of here. Sometimes, Buster, Francine, Muffy or even his younger sister D.W would be invited to watch the tickling, tell his worst spots and sometimes even tickle him themselves for a session, which was the worst of all for Arthur.

How he'd be tickled would depend on the grades he got that week. Getting B grades would be a week of easy, light sessions. But Fs would be horrible sessions where he'd be tickled beyond the point of tears. He'd been tickled in ways he'd never imagined, always feared and only had nightmares about during his time here, and it would only get worse for him.

Today was Friday, and Arthur's grades were in. Today, he'd find out how he'd be tickled for the next 7 days. You look at his report card before his first tickle session and see he's gotten...
