You keep walking forward and ignore the rustling. All of the sudden you hear some squealing. It sounds like it is coming from a pig. You get closer and see a pig entangled in vines and the pig looks very fat. Upon further inspection you notice a vine in the pigs mouth and the pig is swelling.
