Once the colossal titan kicked down wall maria, everything went south. Titans swarmed in left and right, tickling people to death all around them. Screams of fear, hysterical laughter, and pleads of mercy echoed around shiganshina. As armin stood there, paralyzed with fear, eren and mikasa ran for home, praying that eren's mother made it. To their horror, the house was crushed under a giant piece of rubble, most likely from when the wall was kicked in. As eren and mikasa tried to lift the collapsed roof, trapping carla, they froze as thunderous footsteps shook the ground and they turned around in fear. A titan so skinny you could see its bones through its skin. But it's most horrifying feature was its nightmarish smile. Thankfully hannes showed up to help take care of it but one look at its face made him freeze. In a single motion, he put away his blades, picked up the kids, and ran for the boats.
Carly thanked hannes and called out to the kids to survive. She put a hand to her mouth as she began crying. As the kids got farther and farther away she constantly muttered "Don't go" As she cried more. But soon it would happen. The smiling titan picked up the collapsed roof, taking her in its giant hand. Carla struggled in its grasp as she soon found herself laughing herself to madness. Eren cried out for his mother. Hitting hannes on the back, begging him to let them go so they could help her but to no avail. Eren had no choice but to listen to his mother's howls as the grinning monster drove poor carla madness. She kicked her legs, ponded her fists on its , begging for it to stop as her mid-section was tortured like she wouldn't believe but all she could do was laugh. Mikasa couldn't watch, tears streaming down her face as she listened to her pleads.
Eventually her laughter stopped and the titan was holding her lifeless, smiling body before dropping like a toy you're bored with. Eren and mikasa had tears flooding their eyes as they just watched the woman that raised them die before their eyes.
