Chapter #16

You decide to help Sarah make Lily grow

"Alright.... I'll help." You answer. "Yay!!" Came the gleeful response from Lilly. "I'll go to the store and buy the biggest bag of chips and one or two more gallons of milk, depending on how much each on costs. I have $20 so now that I think about it, the biggest bag of chips are only $2.14 after tax." "Showoff!" Replied Sarah. That comment was in the regards of you easily calculating the tax in your head so fast. You had always been really good in math.


You leave on your bike. By the time you realize that your idiot of yourself probably should have rode something bigger, you were already at the store. You could not believe that you made a stupid mistake during calculating tax. "It is food tax for chips, you idiot!" You say to yourself
So instead of only being able to buy 9 bags of chips, you can get the 9 bags but with more cash left to spare. Right as you walk in you can't beleive your luck! Laying right there on the ground, is a $20 bill. You pick it up. So now you can buy 18 bags with $1.48 left over! So you get an 89 cent candy bar after the chips and candy bar were added, then the tax, the total was, $39.43. So 57 cents left over, so you grab gum for 50 cents (for you of course) out of a gumball machine than donate the 7 cents left to a charity box.


When you get back, Lilly tears the bags out of your hands and begins tearing them open and eating them. Then you realize maybe you shouldn't have bought so many. You see her litteraly getting bigger and bigger. Keep in mind the roof seperating floor 1 and floor 2, is only 20 feet. (Your parents bought a big house) But Lilly was gaining on that quickly as she hits the roof, (after about 5 bags of chips.) she crawls out the door, thankfully not damaging the house or its current occupents in anyway.


After she was done with all the bags of chips and the candy bar, she capped out at about 28' 3'. You and Sarah gaze up at her, but the sun blinds you. So you shield your eyes and Sarah's jaw is somewhere in China now, so she will have to learn not only Mandrian, but other types of Chinese, as well. Lilly then says, (to your eardrums it sounds like thunder) "Imagine what the reaction will be when Mom and Dad comes home from vacation!" You had not thought about that and neither did Sarah. So you are now kicking yourself literally and metaphorically and you wonder if you can ever bring her down to her normal 4' 8" again.

Then suddenly something happens.
