At least, it sounded like her name, but... distorted. Different. The echo of it down the hall sounded muddy, like she was hearing it garbled underwater.
An exhaustion struck the goat females body then, the room seemed to slip sideways. And before she could catch herself she toppled to the floor with a strangely soft 'wumph'.
More voices calling to her then, the room slid out of focus as a white and purple blur entered the room. Asriel tried to say something but her tongue was numb and the words wouldn't form.
More sounds, louder, more ecited. A strange warm glow surrounded the females body. She wanted to stay awake but exhaustion would not let her, and try as she might to fight it, eventually her eyes closed and she slipped into darkness.

Sometime later Asriel stirred to the sound of voices. Again they felt like they were bbbling through water at her from a great distance, but slowly they started to become clear.
"...can't ignore something like this. This is a serious situation. You felt what I did," A female voice Asrial was sure she recognized murmured.
"I know, and I'm not saying we shouldn't be serious either," another voice, male this time, replied, "But going to the royal scientist seems a bit extreme. Plus we'll never be able to keep it a secret then. We'll have every gossiping monster from her to the edge of the edge of the Underground chatting about this situation. And you know what rumors will do. The only way we'll be able to stop that is to come out and say the truth."
Asriel strained to clear her head, feeling the warm bed she was curled ip in she wanted to go back to sleep, but something told her this conversation was important to listen to.
Choice 1: Asgore and Toriel are arguing about Asriels new gender (They know)
Choice 2: Somehow both are unable to see the change and think Asriel just collapsed for some unknown reason. (They don't know.)
