Toriel puts a hose in her mouth and began expanding, filling up half the room, which made Asriel jealous.
Toriel spat out the hose and deflated back to normal.
Toriel: "Oh my goodness I'm light headed after that you kids have fun I'm gonna lay down."
Toriel leaves and Asriel has an angry look in his eyes.
Chara: "What's wrong Azzy?"
Asriel: "I'll let you inflate me as much as you want if we go have Alphys turn me into a female, deal?"
Chara with an excited look agrees so they go to see Alphys, when they get there Alphys has serum that immediately turns Asriel into a female with double-D breasts. They then head home after thanking Alphys. They get home and Toriel is asleep.
Asriel: "Thank goodness."
Asriel and Chara sneak into their room and Chara pops the hose into Asriel's mouth, slaps on the tank, and begins inflating Asriel. By the time the tank ran dry, Asriel almost filled the whole room, leaving Chara in a corner. They decided it would take all night for Asriel to deflate, so Chara slept on Asriel's belly. By morning they woke up to find that, not only did Asriel deflate back to normal, but he was a male again.
Asriel: "Well at least we can keep last night a secret from mom pretty easily."
They agree to the events a secret even going so far as to convincing Alphys to keep a lid on things.
