All of her fingers were wrapped in colorful and kiddie bandages. Her long pale yet bright blond hair was pretty well kempt but had strange little hairpins of sorts of colors.
She wore an patchy hoodie that was inverse of the gang's typical color scheme,and long patchy skirt that match. But the skull emblem on the back was the same. She even has light blue flats that show off the bare tops of her feet.
Despite her scruffy appearance,she was still much cleaner than those other bone-heads. You'll get

You regard the cleaner yet scruffy bone-head with a bored look that seem rile her up.
