Chapter #6

Run for your life!

    by: cheese111 Author IconMail Icon
Sophie was enjoying herself greatly, taunting the human beneath her with the intimidating visage of her butt. She was going to squash him flat to really put her resistance booster to the test. She was confident in her science and almost certain the human would survive. What she hadn't noticed was that she spent so much time gloating it had given her victim time to crawl out from under her and run for it. Only when she sat down did she notice the distinct absence of a wiggling human beneath her massive rear. She glared angrily around the room. If that little pipsqueak was still here she was going to make him regret disobeying her for the rest of his days. She got up, thundering around the room with heavy steps, looking under the tables and behind the cupboards. Finally her temper failed her completely and she roared out loud.

"If I find you again, human, I will stomp you so flat you'll forget what it's like to be three-dimensional!"

You could hear some of her angry yelling, muffled by the winding corridors. You had a small headstart, but the large Aurorus would be able to gain on you quickly. If she found you, there would be no mercy from her. She'd probably spend the rest of your time here testing how well you handle being stomped, probed or worse. The large maze of winding corridors was both a blessing and a curse. It would be hard for Sophie to give chase or even run in the right direction. But you were facing a serious challenge just getting off the ship. Even with your wits about you the large network of corridors would be difficult to navigate. Paired with the constant dread of turning a corner and facing the enraged Aurorus you weren't sure how to proceed. You couldn't linger too long, that was certain. This was a spaceship and the Pokemon on board were very clear about this just being a visit. If they take off with you still on board there'd be no escape from Sophie's wrath.

Your strategizing is interrupted when you hear a distant rumble. It sounded like a large Pokemon in a big hurry. Fearing it might be Sophie coming for you you look around for an escape. You try your luck with one of the large doors. There was a panel next to it which presumably opened the door. It took some skill to shimmy up the wall and smack the panel before falling down again. The immense door hissed and slid open. You reckon it was at least thirty feet tall, but your awe would have to wait. You enter the room to find a small living quarters. The oversized furniture makes you feel that bit extra puny. Thankfully it also provided many potential hiding places.

But are you alone in this room?

You have the following choices:

1. A huge Goodra is staring right at you

*Pen*
2. Yes, you're alone

*Pen* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
