"While I do have the power, if my magic make an interference, we could potentially make irreversible damage to the stallion and ourselves as were in the process of transformation and we can't jeopardize."
"So this is? We're going to die?"
"Hardly, we're going to become part of his load so we might stay inside of him for a time until he decides to rut somepony." She smiles a bit "We could use this time to calm explain several of the procedure of the spell including the one we accidentally fell into."
"For real?!" You almost shouted but you yelped as you stay afloat on the turbulent current as you started to feel even more hot.
"Yes anon, I'm sorry I brough you to this issue and I'm completely responsible of this but I feel this is a could be a good oportunity to guide you through the process at first hoof."

"Anon, look at me." She says sternly, she looked a bit melted, as less of gross and gorish kind of melt and more as she were made out of clay. "If my magic manage to alter your size, it stand to reason that this spell and the reformation process would affect you on the same way as my little ponies." Her expression turned soft "Just calm down, I'll be with you through this entire process."
You really wanted to argue but you were starting to feel weak as somehow, things were becoming even bigger much more that it used to be, you were hold by Celestia on this but soon you lose your consciousness...

The booming sounds of heartbeats answer the gentle, rocking motion started to wake you,. When your eyes opened, you were met with a pulsing fleshy tunnel, pulsing gently as it made tiny tadpoles out of the walls, many of those tadpoles had Carrot's cutie mark glowing on their heads, they swarm up to go and met with the rest that were populating the threshold of this huge fleshy and swaying cavern.
Memories of what happened began to flow back to your mind as you tried to make sense on what happened, everything came back to you, it was then you notices a x finally come to realize this with an strong sense of dread, confusion and... relief.
Good news, you were alive.
Bad news, you were now one of Carrot's sperm cells albeit one bigger than many around here.
"Anon! I'm glad you woke up" you turned around to see another sperm cell, this one was around your size, a bit bigger than you and instead, had Celestia's Cutie Mark. Suddenly it transformed back into the Alicorn that put you into this mess, she gave you and smile "I'm so glad you're ok.."
"Ok?? I... I... I don't know what to say now, I'm no longer human anymore!"
"anon, isn't that bad-"
"Of couse it is! I didn't wanted or asked for this!" You say distraught as suddenly you were bathed in a soft golden glow, you were once again human again, except bald and completely white but it was good to have limbs again. "Uh?!" You were pulled into a hug by the very Alicorn of the sun as she caress your head.
"Anon... I understand your hesitancy and worry but look around you and on yourself You're here and as yourself, you aren't dead or faced an personality death, we're here and we can go through this now... it's alright." She says comforting you while tightening the hug. "Better?"
