Twilight just stared at her swollen middle, not believing what she was seeing. Then she felt a kick. Realizing that she had just regressed Fluttershy past birth and somehow put the yellow pegasus into her own womb Twilight did what most ponies would do.
Freak out!
Twilight had enough sense to cover her mouth before she screamed, but that was about it. After that she spent several minutes walking and flying in circles muttering "Ohmygosh, ohmygosh, ohmygosh! What did I do?!? What am I going to do!?! I'm not ready to be a mother!" over along with random screams.
Eventually her panic faded, slightly, enough that she could sit down and take a breath. "Ok Twilight. Just, list the facts." She muttered trying to calm down.
"You tested out your spell, and now your pregnant with, pregnant with Fluttershy. That, wasn't what I expected." The purple pony looked down at her swollen middle again and gingerly put a hoof to it. "Fluttershy. Are you there? Can you hear me?" Twilight asked softly.
There was no response for a moment, then Twilight felt another kick. Twilight smiled. While the timing might have been a coincidence it was a good sigh that her friend was ok. "Hang on Fluttershy. I'm going to fix this." Twilight promised standing. As she felt the weight in her womb shift, another thought crossed her mind.
Isn't this exactly what Twilight wanted, a chance to study the effects of the spell.
Twilight bit her lip. This wasn't what she expected, but it is what she wanted. She could run a few more quick tests to study what had happened and then cast the counterspell. But that would mean, well staying pregnant with her friend for a while longer. And not only was that weird, but she also didn't know if it would affect Fluttershy in anyway. Though Twilight was sure Fluttershy would be fine, she wasn't 100% sure.
Twilight pawed at the ground as she thought about what to do.
