Darkness, this was all that Minato could see, and all he felt was a vast emptiness around him as he floated through the void. He doesn't know how long he has been like this since he locked away Nyx. He sometimes regretted his decision to make that sacrifice, especially when he saw the faces of his friends, girlfriend, and sister.
As this was going through his mind, he is immediately blinded by a column of light, and a voice filled his ears.
"Minato, can you hear me? I really hope that this worked." A voice rings out around him.
That voice... "Elizabeth?" Minato calls out.
"Yes! Minato hold on!"
Minato was about to ask why, when he feels something close around and pull him into a lit room. As he adjusted to the light, he immediately took note of how big everything looked. He then turned around and saw a giant Elizabeth, who immediately pulled him into a hug, causing him to blush.
"It worked! You're back!"
"Elizabeth, why am I tiny, and alive, for that matter?"
She giggled at this as she pulled him away from her chest.
"I used a lot of magic to find you soul and bring a safe amount of it out of the seal, without damaging it. I then put it into a vessel that could hold it, and it worked." She says, smiling proudly.
"How long did this take?"
"Only _______, now let's get you back to your sister and friends!"
