I am making this an option chapter to due to the possibility of the Original writer having their own ideas, and I don't want to mess with what they're going for by making my idea the only one.

Motive idea number one:

A single personality trait will be swaped with another person, even with a person you didn't swap body with.

Motive idea number two:

Return of the Secret, Monokuma keeps the swap but also threatens to release their darkest secret.
