Vicky isn't in a rush to find her brother

The novelty of being able to swap people with her new device hadn't worn off yet, and Vicky decided not to rush to her brother's workplace yet. First she'd practice her skills and experiment with the device a bit. Besides, her fellow pedestrians were too tempting as targets to pass up swapping them in passing.
A young Muslim family on the opposite sidewalk were her first victims. The son, whom Vicky guessed was around 5, was skipping ahead of his 20-something parents. The mother was clearly very pregnant, her swollen breasts and belly stretching out her dark, modest clothing. The tall, bearded father wasn't paying much attention, loudly arguing with someone on his cellphone.
Zap! Zap! Zap! A three-way swap changed the family's lives forever. The front of the father's shirt bulged out prominently as he became the one to carry his wife's baby, courtesy of her whole reproductive system being swapped with his own. He still got a few harsh words out before his wife spoke up: "Calm down, dear, think of the baby," she said, even as her heavy breasts flattened out to nothing.
Ahead of the parents, their son's new tits swelled into being, nearly ripping his shirt as they bounced painfully from his skipping. He soon stopped jumping around and began to walk more carefully instead, using his hands and arms to cup his proportionally huge mammaries and stop them from moving around.
"I guess clothing doesn't swap around, or he'd have the support of a bra," Vicky thought, smirking as the boy fell back to walk between his parents. His dad put the phone away as his gait took on a waddling motion to accommodate his pregnant belly. The boy massaged his boobs ruefully, complaining that they were uncomfortable. "Well, at least one of us will be able to feed your baby brother once he's born," scoffed his mother, sounding a bit envious.
Feeling confident in her skill at basic swaps, Vicky decided to get a bit more experimental...
