What's the situation?

1. When Mike finds the Thunderbolt, he makes a wish to be part of the JSA, but poor wording of his wish results in him being shrunken around the JSA girls.

2. Cindy shrinks Mike in order to use him as bait to catch Courtney. Until Courtney finds him though, he is alone in the new ISA base with Cindy and Artemis.
