No clothes, only a diaper.

Cream only wears a diaper at home and even outside, she never wears any clothes unless her mother thinks it’s important then Cream will wear her orange dress. She doesn’t mind when people see her without clothes on since people find her cute wearing just her padding. Sometimes her mother will give her some fuzzy mittens and boots and even a bonnet to wear around the house, but other than that Cream just wears only her diapers.

It was morning time and Vanilla was getting ready for the day, she went into Cream’s room to check on her.
