One of Piper’s friends has gotten fat, but which one?

Madi was always kind of chubby, and she does work at a donut shop. Maybe she’s been eating into the profits as D’s Donuts lately?

Jay is kind of an odd pick, but he does spend a lot of time online, and quitting smoking can cause you to gain weight pretty easily.

Sam also was pretty chunky, her job also lets her eat as much of the stock as she wants (perk of owning the place), and she does have a lewd interest in fatter bodies. Maybe Sam is enjoying getting fat alongside Piper?
