Toadette walked over towards her pink covered bed and sat down, the mattress slightly moving from the little weight she had on her. She moved her hand down towards her pants and dropped you down onto the white fabric. Right between her knee and her waist, more specifically her Thigh. Her pink dress looking like a hill from your point of view, leading up to her smiling face.
You just stood there awkwardly, might as well try to strike up a conversation. “So, what do small people do for fun around hear. Hah” You say making the worst small talk possible, might as well talk about the weather as well.
Toasted giggled very loudly at this. “Good joke”. She likes corny jokes, noted.
“Well i mean we can play some games. I know so much” Toadette said “Or you could just explore my room, it must look giant for you. Or maybe i can teach you some tricks. That would also be fun”
Your left silent for awhile until you question her last suggestion “Toadette, what do you mean ‘Teach me some tricks?”
“Exactly what it sounds like. Ive seen other people in the Mushroom Kingdom with their pets teaching them to roll over and jump. And since i have a pet now, i think i might want to do that” Toadette said.
“Your heart pretty much sank when the realisation of whats going on right now hit you. She thinks your her Pet! This isn't good. Not at all.
“Toadette, when the princess gave you the task of taking care of me, i don't think she meant like how an owner would look after a pet, but more like how a caretaker would look after the one they are assigned to” You say trying to convince her not to keep you as a pet.
“Actually she didn't say what i can treat you as” Toadette said taking your reasoning and throwing it back into your face “And i always wanted a pet too, normally Pet’s aren't allowed by the help, but the princess said you were alright. Don't worry though, ill treat you like your the best pet thats ever lived!.”
Toadette reminds you of a child that no matter how hard you try to convince them, they stick to their reasons. Then again your not really sure how old Toadette is. She could be a child for all that you know.
