Unknown to you or Shantae, the fact you knew about Holly was just enough to bring her back.
Not wanting to risk you forgetting about her, Holly teleported to where she sensed the person who remembered her.
"Eugh... This dump? The one the belongs to that loser Shantae?" Holly muttered as she walked around, looking for someone. She spotted the Dollhouse and said, "Wow... I thought she was lame before. She still plays with dolls?"
When she peered in, Holly was surprised to see a tiny person, about two inches. She gasped, "Woah... and here I thought Shantae was too nice to keep human pets..."
She then tapped on the wall of the dollhouse, waking you up. You asked, "Huh? Shantae? You're back with some clothes for me?"
When you heard Holly laughing, you knew you were in some serious trouble. "A pet like you doesn't need clothes. All you need is a master like me!"
When Holly opened the dollhouse, you knew you had to get out of there. After dodging her hand, you leapt down onto a chair and then onto the floor.
"Hey! Get back here!" Holly cried out as she began to chase after you.
"Shantae! Shantae! where are you!" You cried out as you hid behind some crates.
"Stop calling her name! You'll be forgetting it soon enough! Besides, the only name you should be calling out is my name, Holly Lingerbean!" Holly replied in an annoyed tone as she began to carefully shove the crates out of the way, not wanting to hurt the only non-half-genie who remembered her.

As for the half-genie...
Looking at the bag of doll clothes and various doll-sized items, Shantae said to herself, "I do hope my guest doesn't mind having to eat with his hands. I couldn't find any silverwear in his size..."
She then began to skip her way home.

After several minutes of you running, hiding behind crates, and even running under her when she nearly cornered you, Holly thought up a plan.
Rather than completely shoving all the crates out of the way, She began to carefully push them in a way to create a dead-end for you.
Eventually, you ran into the dead-end, making Holly laugh, "ha ha ha! Now you're mine!"
Quickly shoving a long-and-low crate behind her to prevent you from running under her, Holly then began to strode towards you.
