The world beneath you continually shook as if it was being rocked by tremors from some massive force. Yet despite the tremors constantly shaking the ground it also felt like the earth was... swaying, like the waves of an ocean. You could feel this through your body despite the fact that your eyes and mind were clouded by the darkness of sleep. Recollections of what happened before you fell asleep eluded your brain as the darkness lifted from your consciousness. As you try to raise your body from the ground, you find it very difficult to stay steady as the tremors of the earth made it harder to keep your body still. Before the shapes of the world could become less of a blur, a pleasant noise entered your ears; a low hum from the beautiful voice of some girl.
Eventually you were able to gain some semblance of balance, and turn yourself onto your back to face the source of the voice. You look straight ahead of you, expecting to see some girl but instead see a boot. A massive brown boot that reached high up into the sky and absolutely dwarfed you. If the boot was a geological feature, then it would be a mountain that dwarfed those around them. Slipping into the opening of that boot was the leg of an even more massive girl! Her large brown eyes were set upon the horizon far above you, like the peak of a mountain that reached into the atmosphere. The shoulders of her robe were covered with an assortment of rocks, combined with her size it made her look like a goddess of nature or something.
In a moment of awe, you subconsciously shuffle backwards, attempting to comprehend more of the gigantic girl before you. The movement almost sends you tumbling off a cliff though! With a yelp of fear and adrenaline, you're just barely able to catch yourself and will yourself to avoid falling to an uncertain doom. While you were distracted by her impressive visage, your failed to notice that the tremors and swaying you felt before were happening for a very good reason. The massive girl you were in awe of was surfing atop a slab of rock larger than her. Apparently this girl was some sort of powerful mage, which only made her seem like even more of a goddess to you.
Taking time to settle yourself after a near death experience, your suddenly given another startle as your unique vessel suddenly grinds to a halt. The sound of an avalanche explodes in your ears as the rock you and the girl are on grinds into the earth to halt. Tearing the ground beneath it asunder like the girl's tread would likely wipe you off the face of the world. Eventually the rock settles to a stop and you stop trembling. You release a sigh of relief before sucking in a breath of shock as you feel a boom resonate behind you.
Throwing your gaze back behind you, you see the giant girl had lowered herself slightly closer to you, her massive frame casting a shadow over you. The thought of her being a goddess had crossed your minds many times since waking, but right now, as you're emerged in her shadow, that sentiment felt startlingly real. "What do we have here?" The girl's voice booms as her eyes focus on you. Unable to pick your jaw from the floor, you simply try to wave both arms at her. Hopefully she would be able to see that and figure out you need help. The girl's massive boots shift slightly, their movements perfectly capable of smearing you, and probably a lot more of people like you out of existence, as she takes another good look at you.
