“Yep and your gonna be my little buddy” She said with a big smile. She then reached down to you with her giant open hand. You are a bit ashamed to say you were a bit scared of this young colourful girl. Her hand grips you and you find yourself held tightly in her pudgy hand. She quickly brought you up into the air and placed you down onto the shoulder of this girl. You land onto the shoulder of her hoodie as you can see more of the land. It was like you were viewing it from a normal person’s height.
“My name is Vanellope by the way. And i don't want to brag but I'm like the best racer here.” She said as she was very clearly bragging.
“My name is (Your name)” You reply thinking that you should introduce yourself before clarifying some things “And what do you mean racers? And where am i? I don't really remember a giant candy place being in the world”
‘Wow, you know you ask like. A lot of questions?” She joked as she started walking. It seems your vantage point was pretty good cause she can see you easily “Although I'm a little confused about you t-. Ahh Get it little” Vanellope laughed. “Wow i didn't even mean to do that”
“Yeah your hilarious and your still not answering my questions. As your ‘little buddy’, dont you think you should help me”
“As my ‘little buddy’ You ready to have some fun” She said smirking to you. You got off of the questions as you felt a little bit unsafe, grabbing her hoodie with fear. It seems your fear was well placed as she started to run, not that fast since she's a child and her legs aren't that big. But it was enough to make you struggle to keep on. Bouncing around as you grip her hoodie even tighter.
She didn't run that far, showing that it was more just to mess with you. But something happened. it felt weird and you couldn't describe it, it felt like you guys... teleported or something?
Once she stopped she looked at you. “Hey, wasn't that fun?”
“All i got to say is as a racer, your pretty slow” You banter back to the girl.
“Dummy, i don't race with my feet. Im the fastest and most talented kart racer in Sugar Rush!” She said proudly before backtracking “or you know, i would be if they let me in”
“Okay, i know you don't want to listen to me but-”
“Your gonna ask another question” Vanellope finished, showing that she's a bit smart of a girl. She then grabbed you and held you in front of her face “Ok then, go ahead.”
“What is Sugar Rush?” You say wanting that one answered. Vanellope looked at you for a second like she didn't believe you didn't know.
“Uh its the game your in?”
“Game?” You replied.
“Yeah, the Arcade game” She told you again. “You know the one with all the racers and the steering wheel. Surely you've seen it in the arcade before”
“Wait. Are you saying I'm in an arcade game?” You say to her
“Uh... duh.” She replied to you
“No Duh! I can't be in a video game. Especially not an arcade cabinet!” You shout to her “I mean thats like saying video game are real. Listen i don't know what your telling me but I'm not buying it”
“Ok so.... Your done with the questions?” She asks you.
“Yeah i guess I'm done for now”
“Great!” She shouted in excitement throwing you onto her shoulder “Oh i have so many places to show you! Oh and so many things to do. Imagine what i can do with you at that size, i can toss you around in my mouth like a Gobstobber.”
“You can, but then ill grab onto your Uvula and you'll choke” You say back to her trying to get that idea.
“Nah, your joking” She said to you with a smile opening her mouth and bringing you closer. Bringing you back and forth as she has fun teasing you with the idea “Ahhhh... Ahhh... Ahhh....”
“No Vanellope don't, you wouldn't like it if i threw you in my mouth” you retort
“But you can't since your so tiny” Vanellope replied in a teasing manner. She then brought you back “Fine i won't. Well i won't right now, i really want to do it later though. For now lets just go for a walk” She then placed you onto her shoulder as she just walked along. For you, you were left wondering if what Vanellope said was actually real.
