The young woman was around your age, if you had to say you would say she was a bit younger then you. But in terms of looks, there was no doubt in your mind she bet you there. She looked lovely. With her long orange hair as well as her healthy and built frame. Your of course happy and okay with getting her attention.
“Hey Ranch girl! Down here!” You shout again loudly “Look down here please!” She had to hear you, you were small but not that small.
And she did find you, looking down and following the voice as she heard. Giving out a very confused “Huh?” As she sure as hell didn't expect to hear a voice. It would seem she heard you as her eyes met yours. Her giant, beautiful eyes locking onto you as you couldn't help but be happy. Not only have you been found with minimal effort, it was also by a girl who looked like that.
She was surprised and confused only for a second, until she calmed down. Getting down and moving her entire body. The effect of this on you was a bit scary as you take a few steps back. Not enough to actually get away from her but just instinctively. After a while she got onto her knee and looked down to you. She wore a friendly smile on her face, something that calmed you down and made you feel safe. It made you feel like you made the right choice.
“You know” She started “I don't think I've ever seen someone like you in my ranch. You better watch yourself, might get eaten by Epona here. Or maybe plucked up by a Cuckoo”
“Oh... that wouldn't be good” You say to her, wearing a smile on your face “But i had to come here, because i need your help. I don't know how i got small or anything! I just am, and in this place... wherever it is”
“Lon Lon Ranch” She added in, giving you a name which you gravely appreciated”
“Yeah, where are we exactly? I mean this ranch? I kind of just woke up here so I'm really lost”
“Well Tiny Boy” She said bringing her finger and tapping you on the head playfully “Lon Lon Ranch is in the middle of Hyrule Field”
“Wow... I'm more lost then i thought” You say to her as you cant help but wonder how you got here. Or what your gonna do. Your face having a mixture of concern and confusion about it
Something Malon saw and decided to help about. You didn't see it coming, but she brought her hand around. Sliding it under your legs making you fall over. You fell right onto her palm as you look up to her. She smirked before raising to her full height. You grabbed her finger for safety as she brought you up. Something she loved as it was making you very adorable in her eyes.
She stood up to her full height and brought you closer to her body. She then brought you to her shoulder. “Well since your lost, you can stay here in the ranch. Let me just finish all my chores for this morning and then we can set things up”
“Wait really! You would let me stay here, but you barely know me?” You say very shocked.
“We let people stay in the barn all the time!” She dismissed before looking at you “But the barn may be too big, anyway jump on. I got to finish my chores quick”
Your not gonna look a gift horse in the mouth. You move over and jump from her palm to her shoulder. Landing on her clothes as you then move over right next to her neck. Since your on a very risky perch right now, you move over and grab her hair. Ready for more leverage.
“Okay, just hold there while i finish up. be that long” She said as you pause for a second.
“Wait... i don't even know your name!” You say to her as that was true. You really don't.
“It’s Malon” She replied as she titled her head slightly to look at you.
“Malon... well my name is (Your Name)!” You say to her.
Now that the introductions were out of the way, she got to moving. Finishing all the chores she had.
You always heard the countryside had rough living, but you never noticed it until this girl worked. She was constantly on the move, doing one thing after another. She didn't take a break, no matter how much she needed it.
It was impressive honestly, but during this time you were focused on what you were going to do? Many questions running through your mind about this place. Thankfully you have Malon with you and if your lucky, she can fill you in about this place. Well when she is done working.
She worked for a little bit longer, her last job being feeding a pile of slop to the pigs that she owns. Once she did this, she moved away and retired to her quarters. She grabbed you from her shoulder and brought her hand around you. Hiding you just in case someone was going to see you. She was accommodating and wanted you to stay in the ranch. The others who lived here... did not.
As she made the way up to her room, she locked the door behind her and walked inside. She opened her hand and presented her room “Well here we are. My home. Or should i say our home. Cause your gonna be living in my room”
“Really!” You say very shocked “Are you seriously gonna be okay with that?”
“Eh, i don't mind. Besides your beyond adorable so that helps. if anything I'm feeling quite lucky to have you”
As she said this, you couldn't help but blush. It was a nice thing to say.
“However there is something you need to know” Malon said to you as you listen “________________”L   indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
