From the floor, Shantae watched as Risky strolled to a nearby wall, retrieving her sword with her free hand, before heading to the hole that connected the floor of the bedroom to the room below. Sure, she could have simply left through the hole her ship made in the ceiling, but she didn't have anymore strength for a jump that high.
Shantae herself lacked energy for another battle, but there was no other choice, she had to rescue you from Risky!
With a great effort, feeling each inch of her slim body aching, the half-genie slowly stood back on her feet.
"Hold it, Risky..." she wheezed,
"I won't let you take him again!"
Risky turned around, her teeth gritted.
She knew she shouldn't have taken on Shantae again, but she and her were both very weak right now.
"You just don't know when to quit, do you, brat?" the pirate growled at her, before looking at you - she'd need both her hands to fight.
So Risky quickly plunged you down, right in her bosom, pushing you down with her finger before turning to Shantae, once more bringing out her sword. The half-genie sent her a glare.
"Look at you, you can barely stand," Risky mocked Shantae, who replied,
"So do you. I'm not letting you take him!"
After the brief exchange of words, a fight began between the two of them.
You were trapped in between Risky's breasts and could see nothing but blue skin all around you.
However, you could definitely feel that they were fighting, you could easily tell by your surroundings shaking, meaning that Risky was either running or fighting. And, given the circumstances, it wasn't hard for you to figure out which one of the two it was.
Locked in combat, Risky and Shantae fought each other.
However, both were very weary from their latest battle and their movements were way slower; Risky was hair whipped several times and tried to parry Shantae's attacks with her scimitar, while the half-genie herself got a few scratches where the blade touched her in the moments she wasn't able to dodge.
So, basically, it was a pretty even battle.
Both were beginning to tire out, so when Shantae clashed against Risky, who used her sword to parry, the pirate said,
"Give it up, you brat!"
Risky pushed the half-genie with as much strength as she could muster at the moment, and it was enough to knock the purple-haired girl a few feet away, onto the floor.
Shantae didn't get up after that, but remained on the floor, moaning in pain.
Risky lowered her sword, feeling it unusually heavy in her hand.
"You're beaten, runt." she said, gaining an evil smirk,
"Now, say goodbye..."
Shantae didn't reply, but gritted her teeth.
"No..." she muttered, hearing Risky's high heels on the floor as she began to take her leave.
She was about to lose you again, she was going to lose you again...
Something snapped in Shantae.
Buried in Risky's bosom, you suddenly heard what sounded like a roar, but you knew it was actually an angry snarl. Who it came from though, that you couldn't tell.
Risky abruptly turned around, heading Shantae screaming out in rage. However, hers was no normal scream, it was one of unthinkable anger.
The half-genie got back up, and immediately noticed that something was different about her opponent.
Regardless, she said,
"Are you still up, brat?"
She pulled out her sword and pistol, feeling like something was terribly wrong.
With an angry snarl, Shantae sprinted towards Risky, trying to deliver a kick, but Risky dodged and tried to slash Shantae with her sword.
The half-genie dodged with unnatural speed and delivered a hair whip; the pirate parried with her sword, but it was hit with such strength that it was knocked off Risky's hands and was sent flying.
The pirate queen backed up, startled. Shantae was different, how could she fight like that when she was on the verge of fainting just a moment ago?
Risky had to play it carefully.
Seeing as the half-genie was rushing towards her, she aimed her pistol, but Shantae was quicker and disarmed her with a powerful kick.
Now unarmed, Risky stumbled back, her hand hurt.
"Why you brat..." she moaned, irritated.
She was never going to admit, but at this point Risky was scared.
She took a step back, but Shantae ran towards her; then, when she was a few inches away from Risky, she transformed, adopting her Harpy Form.
Risky couldn't tell what happened when a blue Harpy charged into her, her large wings hitting as Shantae drove her opponent straight into a wall full force, nearly smashing it.
Shantae flew back and landed a few feet away before changing back; Risky slid down to the floor, where she laid unconscious, defeated.
Shantae wasted no time and moved to the fainted pirate, driving two fingers deep in her cleavage.
You couldn't tell by who, but you were suddenly fished out from Risky's bosom and were brought into the light again.
Relief washed over you when you saw it was Shantae holding you, but it was short-lived as you noticed that Risky was on the ground, unconscious, and Shantae was staring at her murderously with glowing yellow eyes.
Then, the half-genie's gaze moved to you.
"Are you alright?" she asked in a concerned tone that however didn't make you feel any better.
Something was happening, you could feel it, and whatever it was, you were scared of it.
You gulped.
"I am alright," you replied, before saying,
"But the real question is: are you alright, Shantae?"
"Yes. I'm alright." she dryly replied.
You were unconvinced.
"Are you really sure? Like, one hundred percent sure?" you asked again.
