You look at Cindy, from the show she’s actually a decent kid she is only seen as an antagonist with Jimmy, which is reasonable cause their both kids and he can do some dumb things that endanger the town. Even if he’s just a kid.
So getting her attention wouldn’t be so bad but right now…

She stomped her foot, to you it was a tremor that made you fall on your back.

She stomped again you were thankful she was a few feet away.
“That short little big headed know-it-all!” She stopped in front of her punching bag that looked like Jimmy and she punched over and over again.
….Yeah you don’t want to attract attention right now best wait for her to calm down.
“I wish I can just get my hands on his shrink ray” She punched the punching bag. “And make him my slave!” She did it again.
Whoa, she definitely has issues, you never saw her this angry in the show. And now you definitely didn’t want to get her attention just yet. What if she would do the same to you.
She punches one last time and stomps her way in your direction. You were about to run but she stomps right in front of you and you fall down again. You look up to see she’s just sitting on the bed.
Cindy sighed frustratingly. “One day I’ll make it happen.” She pulled out a piece of paper, you couldn’t see but it was drawings that looked almost too similar to Jimmy’s shrink ray.
You see that she’s writing on a paper. She seems to have calmed down now, if you were going to get her attention now’s the time to do it. You grab the pant leg and start climing. It was quite the struggle sometimes she would move her leg and you manage to stand on.
Eventually you make it to her lap. “Um hello!” You yelled.
Cindy looked down at you and dropped her drawing screaming. “W-what?”
She freaked out more than you expected. “H-hi, I shrunk and came to your room can you help me?”
Cindy’s mind was racing, she was attempting to recreate Jimmy’s shrink ray and she just couldn’t figure it out. But seeing you means she might be able to figure it out and bring that genius down to size. But then she thought that you seemed to be just an innocent guy that needed help. And lastly, she thought you were a creep that Jimmy shrunk to spy on her, that thought made her angry.
