You wake up, rolling around comfortably in your bed. Nothing wrong in your mind. You are gonna get up and just enjoy the day. A life you should live by but one that is actually difficult. Still you are gonna try to keep an upbeat attitude about the situation. There is nothing that can ruin this day.
“So cute.”
Like that, you perked up when you heard the sound of a girl right next to your bedside! Panic going over you mind as you quickly sit up and look at what made the sound.
You freaked out when you saw a giant face over looking you!
“Ahhh!” It was huge, bigger than a billboard. Needless to say you panicked when you saw a face that big. Acting quick, as you move the blanket you had over your face.
“N-No, don’t worry. I’m not gonna hurt you, i’m nice. I brought you here.” The giant face said. You calm yourself a bit, hearing her voice. She doesn’t sound all deep and all evil, she sounded... kind. Slowly, you looked up to see who was talking to you. A bit thrown off.
It was a young girl, no older than 14. She had long blonde hair, wore glasses and had freckles. She was smiling at you kindly.
“Hiya.” She said raising her giant hand.
“W-Where am I?” You question to her. Looking around, were you in a giant room. Well it matched the giant girl.
“You’re in my room!” She said, confirming it. “I found you about an hour ago, you were down outside of my home. Luckily I was treating my horse at the time, so I found you. Once I did, I brought you in here, and gave you my handkerchief, cause I think it would be good.”
“This isn’t even my bed.” you say looking around, truly being thrown off about this. Once you look back at her, you question. “W-What are you gonna do to me?”
“Relax will you, you seem pretty stressed.” She said in a kind manner. Do you want to talk when you calm down, I can come back.”
‘No,” You say back to her calming down a lot. “Let’s do it now. My name is (Your Name).”
“Rebecca Hawkins.” She said back as you now have her name. “Do you know what did this to you, why you are even small?”
“No idea,” You say back to her calming yourself. “This is too freaky.”
You couldn’t see it, but Rebecca happily moved around hearing that. She wants to help, she really does. It’s just... having a cute boy with her, that is something she likes. She of course wants to help you in anyway she can, but she also likes having you here and small. She’s been spending a while just staring at you while you were sleeping.
“I-I don’t know what to do right now, I-”
“You can stay with me!” She said. Granted it was a bit eager, but you didn’t dwell on it. “I’d love to have you here, you can stay in my room! It’s pretty big. A-And all I have is my grandpa here! And he’s hardly home so it’s not like you will be in trouble.”
“That’s nice of you to offer Rebecca. But I think I want to do something about this rather than stay small.”
“But you are... in need, of help.” She said quickly switching words. She was about to call you cute. “At least take my offer and stay here, until things have set up for you.”
You look back at Rebecca. “Are you sure I won’t be a burden to you?”
“You won’t and i’ll happily have you with me!” Rebecca said, seeing that you were getting more into it. She wore a smile on her face, glad about it.
“Well guess i’m staying!”
“Yes!” She said, like she just got something. She moved her hand around and reached down for you, lifting you up.
This was NOT something that you were prepared for, feeling your little body lifted right up into the air. Rebecca held you up among her grasp, and you were left a bit scared about it.
She noticed this, but instead of cautiously putting you down, she tried to talk to you and calm you down. “It’s fine, it’s fine. I won’t drop you, I promise.”
“I-If you promise Rebecca.” You say to her once again trying to calm yourself down. What a bizarre set of circumstances, one that you didn’t really expect.
While Rebecca, she was glad this happened. She gets a cute guy to look after! She is a bit lonely, not with many friends. There is Yugi and his but she so rarely sees him. Unlike you who will be living with her.
Rebecca moved her way over, going down and placing you onto the bed. She moved and got onto her knees, right in front of you as she was wearing a wide smile.
“Okay so if you want to rest I can understand that, but if you I don’t know... want to play a game with me? I’d be also up for that.” Rebecca said. You would have to be pretty stupid to not know which one she wanted.
“Thanks but after this... development I think I want to take a break.” You say to her, she moved her way back, a smile on her face.
“Okay well... we can just talk!” She said happily. She pushed her elbows onto the bed, resting her hands under her chin. “So let’s talk!”
Rebecca obviously wanted to. You guess talking like a normal person wouldn’t be so bad. “So Uh Rebecca, tell me about yourself.”
“Oh I like studying, horse back riding, i’m really good at Duel Monsters!”
“Duel Monsters?” you questioned back to her. She noticed that it was a question and raised her voice.
“You don’t know about Duel Monsters!” She said, excited about it. While you questioned what did you just awaken.
