Upon peeking her head in, Hana is able to clearly see that Zarya is in the middle of a workout.
The Russian weightlifter is in the middle of doing curls with dumbbells that you believe weigh over a hundred pounds.
"This is a bad idea," you murmur fearfully.
"Nah. You'll be fine," Hana assures. "Now, what I want you to do is go over there and startle her."
Immediately, you look at the streamer like she grew a second head.
"That's an even worse idea!" you exclaim.
Rather than continue debating with you, Hana simply walks in and heads to a treadmill near Zarya. While passing in front of the Russian, you're gently dropped onto the floor. As you regain your bearings, you take in the sight before you.
Zarya's massive sneakers are right in front of you. Every subtle movement they make causes the ground to quake lightly.
"I probably can just stay here. She eventually has to lean down to set the barbells down. I'm sure just seeing me will startle her," you murmur in contemplation.
Sure enough, Zarya seems to finish up her curls. As she leans over to set the dumbbells on the ground, her gaze locks onto you.
With a shout, she drops the weights in shock, causing you to dodge to avoid being hit.
Cursing under her breath in Russian, she reaches down and plucks you off the ground between two of her fingers.
"Who are you?" she demands. "A spy? Or maybe a weakling who wanted to get a peak while I worked out?"
Before her interrogation can continue, Hana rushes over.
"Wait wait wait. He's with me," she hastily explains. "He's Angela's new assistant. I brought him over here to mess with you."
You hastily nod in agreement, not wanting to anger Zarya.
The Russian merely hums for a moment before gently letting you slide into her palm.
"Thanks," you murmur, rubbing your now sore ribs.
"Be careful with him, Hana," she scolds. "I almost decided to get rid of him."
"Got it," Hana acknowledges before gesturing for you. "Now can you give him back? I have to bring him to Angela by the end of the day."
Zarya seems to pause for a moment, as if hesitating to comply.
