She was going to shrink herself down to Janet's size, which was still gigantic compared to you and Lily, and she was going to have sex with Janet on Poki's body to help her orgasm. As soon as she finished explaining some protesting began from the woman in her hand,
"NO! I WON'T DO THAT WITH YOU!" Janet screamed.
"Oh? Really?" Rae held the bottle over Janet's head, causing her to get extremely quiet. "Do you understand now? If you don't do what we say, you'll end up like of those two specks" She said, pointing to you and Lily on Poki's nipples.
"Hurry up I'm so fucking horny.." Poki interrupted, excited knowing that she'll be the only normal sized person left.
"Okay okay, you'll grow me back right after though, won't you?" Rae asked meekly.
"Of course I will, you're my friend, unlike these little bugs" Something about Poki's smile made Rae uncomfortable but she continued anyway. She placed Janet on Poki's stomach and drank some of the liquid, quickly placing the bottle down before dwindling out of sight. Poki leaned off the side of the bed and snatched her up from the floor, dumping her beside Janet without much care for safety.
"Get to work, bugs." Poki said as she started rubbing at her clitoris. Janet and Rae began to lightly kiss, which quickly turned into more as they began pressing their bodies against each other. For Rae this new size was terrifying, every slight movement from Poki rocked the ground beneath her, but nevertheless she continued her embrace with Janet. Meanwhile you and Lily continued humping at Poki's nipples, neither of you wanting to get eaten by Poki, but you were starting to get exhausted. Luckily for you Poki was nearing her climax watching the little sex show on her belly. Poki's body bucked as she came, knocking you and Lily off her boobs and down near her stomach, terrifyingly close to the two giantesses grinding against each other. Poki closed her eyes and began to relax a little. Rae stood up, stepping away from Janet and towards you and Lily.
"Aw, I can actually see you two again at this size, why don't you come and give my toes a kiss?" She commanded. Reluctantly you and Lily approached and started kissing her big toe, only for Rae to push her foot forward and smother you both into Poki's skin. She twisted her foot a little, enjoying the fight you were putting up before letting you go.
"Poki! Can you change me back now?" Rae yelled into the air. Poki opened her eyes and stared at her stomach, two little bugs and two even smaller specks, did she really want to share this with someone else? she thought to herself.
"P-Poki?" Rae asked again. In response Poki licked her finger, sticking you and Lily to it, and used her other hand to grab Rae and Janet, she dumped the four of you into a glass on her desk before leaving the room without saying a word.
