Brelyna Maryon, an NPC from The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. A Dark Elf descended from a line of Telvanni mages, she's a fellow student in the College of Winterhold questline, and an optional spouse for marriage after you've complete her quest 'Brelyna's Practice', in which she wants to try a few spells on you. Here is what would happen if that quest went a little different, and one of her spells ends up shrinking you.
