For a few seconds though fro you, it felt like an eternity. But, then, the two of you just looked at each other, looking.
Slowly the deep blue pool that was her eye moved up and down; though barely noticeable at the standard size, they were massive shifts in the movement for you.
You felt a bit uneasy as if she was looking through your very soul; you take a few steps back only to lose your footing on her slippery finger.
"Wow, wow, wow, woohoo…."
You tried desperately to get a grip on her green skin, but the wetness of the seawater gave no help; you could do nothing like the skin of her finger rose up and away from you.
You fell for a few seconds before landing with a splash on a green surface.
"gotcha" Giga looked down at you with a smile on her face. "I know humans are clumsy, but that is no excuse for someone your size."
You laid there in her palm, just lucky that she had caught you. "I would have also appreciated being caught by your chest." You said under your breath.
"what was that you said. All I saw was your mouth moving but nothing else. So I didn't scare you, did I?" Giga said with a concerned expression.
"oh no, no, no," you say up to her, waving your hands at her. "just thinking out loud is all."
"what were you thinking about (Your Name)?"
"I was thinking how fortunate that I strumbled upon you, or should I say you stumbled upon me. I dread to think what that Siren Empress would be doing with me right now."
"Yeah, really fortunate indeed," Giga said, pondering away.
"well, what should we do…" your question was cut short as you found yourself surrounded in green.
Saltwater flooded your senses as you began to gag on the smell, the wetness socking into every fibre of your body.
With every inch of your body and ounce of energy, you tried to move the greenness around you, but nothing budged. Well, nothing was expected from seawater.
As soon as it started, light-flooded back around you as you watched as Giga finger retreated from yours.
"what the hell was the for, your stupid mermaid?"
"I was only testing something I had no intention of hurting you, little one," Giga responded with a hint of remorse.
"testing, what the hell were you testing to see if you could squish me!" you hell back at her.
"I was only.." tears started to flow from Gigas eyes. "to see if you could even put up a fight against my finger, but as you found out, you are nothing."
"of cause I couldn't, I'm a shrunken human, and you're a massive mermaid. So what was a supposed to do thumb wrestle you int submission?"
"silence that it I have made up my mind, and you're staying with me for now on." Giga firmly asserted, though tears still streamed from her eyes.
"you what, keep me. What you see a tiny defence human, and you think your own me now or something?" you shout back at Giga.
"NO"
Falling onto your backside, you look up at the giant face as Giga whips the tears from her eyes; you start to feel sorry for her.
"yes, you are small and defenceless; that's why I want to keep you with me, not as a pet or anything like that. But to keep you safe, how long do you think you could survive at that size and what are the chances that you would meet another human that would want to take advantage of you. As a queen, its my duty to maintain the well being of my subjects, mermaid or not."
You look up at Giga, finally begin to understand what she was saying, and she was right. You were lucky that she found you at all; you can't even begin to imagine what would have happened if she didn't see you.
"But I can see how distressed you are about all of this, so I want to keep you a deal."
You peak up at this, wonder what she meant.
"you can come back with me to my cave where you will be safe, well-fed and will also be under my protection. But not as a pet or an enslaved person but as my friend and equal."
You do like the sound of that living with giant women; gorgeous women did sound nice. But you were more interested in what the other part of the deal was.
"or I can take you back to the lair of the Siren Empress, and you can find a way to return to normal size. But be warned, the Siren and I… don't exactly like each other. so you would have to sneak in on your won with me."
She made an exciting deal, being in the care of a lovely mermaid, but with no idea if you would ever get back to standard size. Or try and find a way back to normal size without her help and being at the mercy of the siren empress if she saw you.
