Passing yourself off as the son of one of the Greek gods, using the fear of your villagers to get what you want. You've always had an easy life. You have never believed in the gods, of any religion, looking down on those who did: for you they were only lies invented by priests to induce people to be kinder.
Unfortunately for you, you learn the hard way that it's all true. The goddess Aphrodite casts a spell on you making your life hell until you help someone suffering from love pains.
Your new life as a shrunk is far from easy: sleepless nights spent due to carnivorous animals ready to tear you to pieces and no safe place to take refuge. You think it's a futile search and that perhaps it would be better to hand yourself over to the first animal that sees you as prey. Unfortunately Artemis, the goddess of the hunt, is in league with Aphrodite, they won't let you die so easily.
Your hope is revived when you hear the cry of a woman on her knees, from behind a bush you admire her hair in a ponytail and her dark pink toga with a gold pin with the symbol of the gods.
Overhear her words. In practice she loved a man who was about to die, she sold her soul to Hades, the lord of the underworld, in order to save her life, but that man quickly forgot her altruism by betraying her with another more beautiful and perhaps younger.
If there's one trick you learned from your father, it's that the best way to win a woman's heart is to help her in her moments of weakness.
You can try to get her attention and help her, hoping that the goddesses will forgive you. But you'll both have to be careful not to get caught by Hades, by now you know that the gods exist and you can't challenge their power.
