The two Goddesses breathe heavily, their nether regions twitching.
You, too, were struggling to breathe as Robin's crotch was already heavy enough but now Nami was laying on top of Robin. Not to mention just how erotic it smells.

You were now in the exact same situation as before, except you were now looking up passed Nami's butt and into the sky and you had Robin's crotch below you.

She then grabs Nami's butt, causing Nami to jolt.
"Well, we're alone right now..." Robin speaks in a seductive tone.
"Mhm... No boys, bugs, or anybody..." Nami matches her tone. You can feel things start to really heat up between the two of them. You're also heating up quite intensely but it'd be hard not to.
As the two women were about to settle in with each other's bodies, you see a giant light in the sky.
"Huh?" Robin, who was laying on her back, also notices the light. "What's that?"
Nami pulls away from Robin and sits up, looking at the sky. Your view is partially obscured for a moment as Nami's crotch pulls away from Robin's. You desperately gasp for air, fearing you'll be crushed again soon.
"It's some kind of light..." Nami stares up at the light. Then the light suddenly zooms seemingly hundreds of miles away before stopping. Despite the distance it traveled, it's large enough to be seen quite clearly. Curious, Robin stands up and Nami does the same. For a moment you remain stuck to Robin's crotch before gravity causes you to plummet onto the soft cloth she had been laying on.
Nami and Robin walk to the edge of the ship, both unknowingly stepping on you in the process.
"What's it doing?" Nami asks.
"I'm not sure. I've never seen anything like it..." Robin replies.
Then the light suddenly zooms several hundreds of miles in another direction. This time, however, a wall of light appears in its path.
"W-What?! Is it trying to trap us in?!" Robin exclaims.
"No idea! We need to try and get out of here regardless!" Nami responds.
"What about the others? They're still in town!"
"We'll come back for them!" Realizing there's no choice, Nami and Robin quickly unfurl the sails and begin to sail off. As they do, the light in the sky zooms once again, creating another wall of light.
"We don't have time to set up a Coup de Burst!" Nami exclaims as the light creates another wall.
All the while, you're still collapsed on Robin's cloth, gasping for air. Whatever this light was, it was nothing you could do anything about.
Despite the town harbor being far off in the distance, Robin and Nami were nowhere close to escaping the box this light was drawing. And, just like that, the light in the sky zooms back to the start of the first wall. As the box closes, everything suddenly goes white. You hear the two Giantesses scream out.
A few moments pass and the light fades. You groan and finally manage to stand up. Looking around, you were no longer in the great blue ocean. You were in some kind of massive cavern. You could barely make out the ceiling and walls. They were pink and moist. The cavern was also quite dark, with no discernable light sources, yet you could see decently well despite that. There was also a rhythmic thumping coming from somewhere.
You then hear a groan and look over to see Nami and Robin collapsed on top of each other. They slowly get up and look around.
"W-Where are we...?" Nami questions.
"Some kind of... cavern." Robin replies.
Robin then notices something and walks to the edge of the Sunny. Now that you've caught your breath, you run after her to see what's going on. In order to peer over the ledge, you have to jump onto Robin's bare foot. For a moment you contemplated using this opportunity to get her attention but you decided that you should let the woman get her bearings before trying anything. Instead, you use her foot in order to get enough height to climb onto the edge of the ship.
Looking over the edge, you see a sea of white. The cavern is filled with some sort of white liquid. You also can see various things of various sizes littering the white waters. Most of them look like either piles of dirt or bits of stone.
"What is that stuff?" Nami walks over to join Robin.
"Hm..." Robin sprouts half her body from the side of the ship, right above the water's edge. She then scoops up a handful of the liquid and drinks it.
"Are you sure that's safe to drink?"
"..." Robin is silent for a moment. "This... It's... Breast milk?"
Both yours and Nami's eyes widen with shock.
'B-Breast milk? Why were we transported to a cavern filled with... breast milk?!"
"Curious... What are those things floating over there?" Robin once again sprouts her body from the side of the ship and then creates a chain of arms, scooping one of the piles of dirt from the liquid. She then brings it up to her double's face. Thanks to her double being at a lower level than you, you're able to get a peek at the object too. It's just barely able to fit in Robin's palm.
"It looks like... An island?" Your eyes widen with shock again. From your vantage point, it really does look like a tiny island!
"Let me see!" Robin passes the small island-like object to Nami. "Wow... It really does look like one. What a detailed model. There's even a little city here..." Nami pokes her finger at the island in her palm. "Oop... It broke..."
Nami closes her hand and you hear the object crunch in her hand. She then holds her hands out over the edge and claps them together, discarding the remains into the white liquid below. As she does, you could swear you heard screaming...
"Well, we should try and find an exit, Robin."
"Agreed. The smell in here is starting to make me woozy." Robin and Nami start moving about the ship, preparing to activate the Rabbit Screw. Not wanting to be on the edge when they activate it, you hop back onto the grass. Suddenly, the entire cavern begins to shake violently!
"Kyah!" Nami screams.
"Nami!" Robin quickly runs to her friend. As she runs, you find yourself in her direct path. Without even a glance from the Giantess, Robin's foot kicks you, sending you flying and causing you to land on the ground right next to Nami. As Robin reaches Nami, the ship suddenly begins to move. Robin loses her footing and tumbles into Nami, who then falls onto the ground. As a result, Nami's massive bikini-clad ass lands directly on top of you.
"Hold on, Nami!" Robin uses her power and wraps her arms around the two of them, unknowingly grabbing you and pinning you against Nami's ass. She then uses her power to secure the two of them to the Sunny.
The Sunny picks up speed as the liquid seems to be flowing out of the cavern. After a minute of ever-increasing speed, you're all blinded by a sudden light as you exit the cave and the Sunny catches air.
Robin and Nami tighten their hold on each other as the ship falls. After a full minute or so of falling, the ship crashes into the white liquid once more. Luckily, the ship held up very well despite falling from such a height.
As the ship settles, Nami and Robin slowly break apart from each other and stand up. You're pinned to Nami's ass for a second before falling off and back onto the ground. As you try to recover, you hear the two women gasp.
You look up at them and see them staring slack-jawed into the sky. You follow their gaze and find yourself slack-jawed as well.
"W-What...?" Even Robin is unable to comprehend what she's seeing right now.
High in the sky, dozens, if not hundreds of miles away, was a pink landscape. One several hundreds of times larger than the Sunny. A drop of the white liquid, larger than an island, falls from the massive pink sky and nearly crushes the Sunny. The sound it makes as it splashes into the ocean is deafening.
There was no doubt about it. That was an absolutely massive nipple. This entire time you were in a woman's breast!
"Wow!" A voice exclaims from the Heavens. "What an interesting Devil Fruit! I just draw a square on the map and it appeared here! Although, it's a bit embarrassing that it appeared in my breast of all places..."
