With how she behaved last time, you weren’t too sure you wanted to take another risk contacting Caitlyn. At least, not until you had some knowledge to back you up. Considering you were still, y’know, alive, does this mean you respawned? Taking a quick look around, you saw the all too familiar shop, though much bigger than you were used to.
“I swear, what is it with our summoners vanishing in the middle of battle? It’s not like it hasn’t happened before, but recently it’s been every other match! And here I was thinking this one would be more competent…”
Caitlyn’s foot landed right next to you, giving you a bit of a scare. But wait, this was happening to others as well? Considering how your encounter with Caitlyn went you didn’t hold out much hope for anyone else, especially if they chose someone like Evelynn. Just thinking about it made you shudder…
Suddenly, another voice picked up behind you. Or perhaps ‘above’ would be more accurate.
“No kiddin’! It’s not like they were any good, but my damn summoner just up and vanished right as I entered combat!”
Judging from her tone of voice, that must be Miss Fortune. Well, that confirms your first guess was at least right. Her body cast a shadow over you, making you almost scared to turn around.
“I managed to beat the enemy anyway, but man was I pissed! Plus, when I went to sit down, I ended up sittin’ on a bug or somethin’.”
Miss Fortune walked forward, her large boots stepping right over you. Her long brown hair flowed through the air as she moved, making you a bit surprised at how well maintained it was considering she was just in a battle. However, what really caught your attention was her butt. Not because it entranced you, but because of her story earlier. It sounded eerily similar to what could have happened to you. Squinting your eyes, you scan her butt, looking for a trace of anything.
After a few seconds of looking, you spot it. A purple robe, and a small stain. At least they went out quickly.
“Well, hopefully your summoner pops up, Cait. From how they behaved in the beginning of the match, they seemed pretty damn reliable! Heck, maybe I might just snatch em’ up for myself if I find em’, hehe”
Miss Fortune shot her a wink as Caitlyn simply sighed in return.
“Whatever, I’m heading out again. If you see Kat, tell her to drop by.”
With that, Caitlyn walked away. Wait, did she say Kat? She must be referring to Katarina! So that’s who the other member of your team was. You were still missing one, but at least your story would be more believable now. Though you hoped you’d never have to run into Katarina…
“Well, I still have some time. Might as well take a minute and relax!”
Oh right, Miss Fortune was still here. Even worse, her butt was descending pretty quickly. If you don’t move quickly, you might just meet the same fate as her own summoner!
