You can only think of two options that you had, and honestly neither of them appealed to you at the moment. You could go ahead and climb out through her throat, she would feel you that way.
However due to the way it was you weren’t even sure that was something you could physically do. The other option, was going and climbing out... downstairs. That might be an experience you were scared of, but maybe the easier way out. Crawling out through her body and out her ass? Can you do that?
