After a few seconds, and a little worrying from you, Raichu somewhat understands what you were trying to tell it, and swims to the shore with you. About half way there, you feel a tingling sensation again and start to shrink more. You're now about three-quarters of a foot (23 centimeters) tall. Raichu places you on its back and continues swimming to the shore.
