Steve glanced at his tiny wife in disappointment. He had hoped so much that his wife would be into the idea of using the shrink ray to spice up their sex life. Now she was the size of an ant cowering in his hand. A battle raged in Steve's mind, with one half saying grow her back and one half saying keep her like this.
This did not last long as Steve's train of thought was interrupted when a soccer ball flew over the roof and landed near him. Looking up, he smiled as he saw Nicole coming into the back yard.
"Hey dad, what's up?" she said cheerfully, walking over to grab the ball.
"Nothing much sweetie just doing some yard work," Steve responded, hiding his tiny, screaming wife in his fist behind his back.
"Hey have you seen mom?" Nicole questioned.
Steve tried his best not to start laughing. This could be the perfect opportunity, he thought. "I'm sure she's close by," he said.
In his head, Steve knew he had to get Nicole in on this somehow. He thought it would be hilarious to have her in on the joke.
