Rachel and her friends step towards Lisa with her cowering in fear. Lisa feels the remote in her pocket, it is heating up and is about to explode. There is a loud zap and everything around the girls go white, they are unable to see anything around them. Lisa opens her eyes to find that... she herself had shrunk.
"No!" Lisa panicked as she gripped her skull. "No! No! No! No! No!"
Everything in the lady's room now towered above her. Bathroom stalls had become skyscrapers, sinks were now unreachable, the garbage bin had become a mountain, and the three girls nursing themselves on the ground were still normal sized.
Lisa gulped when she realized that. The girls she tried to shrink were still normal while she was tiny and vulnerable. This was the worst possible thing that could've happened to her. If they found her and caught her... Lisa shuddered. She instinctively reached into her pocket for the shrink ray only to find the device in pieces.
"NO! Please, no!" Lisa cried. Her only hope of getting back to normal was destroyed. Why? Was this some sort of Karma? Suddenly her father's words to her over the years about science being used to help and not hurt came to mind. She tried to use his technology to harm and it backfired miserably.
"OW! MY HEAD!"
"WHAT HIT US!?"
WHERE'S THAT BITCH GO ANYWAY!?"
Lisa's eyes widened in terror as she noticed the bullies were regaining the bearings. She needed to leave now! She had to get out here, get noticed, and get help. She wasn't the most athletic person in the world, but adrenaline was a hell of a thing. She took off like a track star.
Unfortunately for her a shadow was now looming over her.
"I THINK SHE BAILED ON US RACHEL."
"YEAH! SHE'S PROBABLY LICKING HER WOUNDS RIGHT NOW."
"DAMN IT! SHE WON'T BE SO LUCKY NEXT TIME!"
The three girls then proceeded to exit the lady's before something caught Allison's eye. "WHAT'S THAT?"
"WHAT'S WHAT, SIS?" Natalie wondered.
"THERE, ON THE GROUND." Allison pointed.
On instinct Lisa turned back and in that moment she wished she hadn't. Somehow, someway, the giants noticed her.
Rachel huffed. "IT'S JUST A BUG."
The twins began to freak out. That didn't seem to surprise Rachel in the least. She knew the two were deathly afraid of bugs. She remembered one time when a horse fly got into the classroom and Natalie and Allison ran out and refused to come back in until it was dead. It was so ridiculous really. But never the less the teacher complied as Ms. Kwan didn't want the pest in her class either.
Rachel sighed. "JUST CALM DOWN. I'VE GOT THIS."
Hearing that only made Lisa run faster. She again turned her head to see...
