No, and one of them falls inside the ear

The motion their mother made from the coughing sound caused her to jump, causing the two tiny children to stumble.

Lisa loses her balance and plummets, screaming, deep into her Mother’s ear canal while Derek was lucky enough to hold on to the cartilage of his mothers ear. He watched, shouting his sister’s name as he watched her disappear into the dark tunnel.
