Well It was a twinning neckless. Ravel had received it from an old man. The man had spent his life to find it. He wanted to bring back his wife. The man had hunted this down over fifty years. This neckless or what the man called the medallion of Zulo. Was able to make a person wearing it into the another with clothing from the person they wanted to transform into.
The man's wish was to see his wife one more time. Ravel took the job but as payment she would take this magical item. She really did not need this falling into the hands of the enemy at this point. So as instructed she place items of the wife's clothing on which seem to almost be to big for her in some places and to tight in others. The man then placed the medallion around her neck. The magic to hold and she started to grow and fill out the pants and the shirt started to loosen on her. Her arms grew to fill out the sleeves. The man was happy that after 50 years of looking he would finally be able to see his wife again.
But the sad fact is that the transformation stopped after Ravels body filled out the pants and shirt.
"Devil why did it not work you should have been my wife completely by now" the man said. He was fuming and ranting. Ravel just watch him pace back and forth. Ravel could not understand and asked the man for any info that he had on this item.
"Here this is the book I found it in. But putting on her clothing should have let you be her" he said. Ravel started to read the book. Page by page se kept a close eye on any information. It seems that the man was missing part of the clothing a had and maybe sunglass to have Ravels head and hair match. The man search for anything that would be of use.
As Ravel waited she continued to read the book. She found out that she would be stuck looking like this for the next 12 hours before she could change back. She would need to text Issei and let him know. As the hours clocked by The man kept searching for anything. But alas nothing that would match the items that would be needed to finish the twinning.
He cried and cried Ravel helped the man into bed. There she saw a picture of the wife and she used magic to semi transform into her.
"Time to rest my sweet" Ravel said. As the man looked up to see his wife he closed his eye's and fell asleep. He would wake up the next day not really remembering what had happened in those few hours.
"So that is what this medallion does" Ravel explained to all of them. Asia and Koneko both eyed the medallion. Rias and Akeno backed away for fear that some one would turn them into something. They had already dealt with something like that thanks to a certian fallen angel.
"Ravel I thinks it is best if we seal this thing off right now" Rias said.
"But i wanted to try it Rias" Asia shouted. Koneko was shaking her head as well.
"But what would you do with it Asia. Or better yet who would you turn into" Rias said well looking at the two.
"Well I would use it to turn into....." Asia said.
